Tee Up for Charity
We saw an opportunity to create a playful yet sophisticated activation that could stand out in a busy outdoor golf event. The mix of functional and interactive elements was key, so we focused on combining hospitality, comfort, and visual impact. The bar served as a central hub for engagement, while the ballpit offered a fun and unexpected moment where participants could jump in to find cards revealing different donation amounts, all contributing to the charity. This encouraged guests to pause, interact, and share the experience, adding purpose to the playful element.
The arch wall backdrop and surrounding birds of paradise with decorative boxes gave the space a stylish, tropical aesthetic, reinforcing a premium yet approachable feel. Three sets of deck chairs with tables and market umbrellas ensured guests could relax and socialise. By blending playful elements with practical comfort, we created an environment that was engaging, memorable, and perfectly aligned with MoneyMe’s energetic, social-friendly brand personality.
How We Activated
We activated the MoneyMe space by strategically designing zones that balanced fun, hospitality, and visual impact. The poppet bar counter acted as the central hub, where bartenders crafted MoneyMe-themed cocktails and mocktails for all participants, including high-profile guests like Eric Bana. A playful ballpit was positioned nearby, creating an interactive moment where participants could jump in to find cards revealing different donation amounts, adding energy, purpose, and a photo-friendly element to the experience.
The arch wall provided a visually striking backdrop, while surrounding birds of paradise and decorative boxes added texture, colour, and a tropical vibe. Three sets of deck chairs with tables and market umbrellas offered comfort and encouraged guests to linger. Clear pathways and sightlines ensured the space was easy to navigate and highly visible throughout the event.
Every element was carefully coordinated to maximise functionality and aesthetics, resulting in a cohesive, engaging, and memorable activation that reflected MoneyMe’s playful and approachable brand personality.
