Pink Power Moments

The event styling created a striking, welcoming experience that celebrated Femme Con, encouraged selfies, and highlighted memorable moments while showcasing sponsors. From the moment guests arrived, entrance signage and round arch walls set the tone, offering a “fierce room” full of pink, warmth, and feminine energy. Small styling elements on the arches, including decals and pops of color, immediately impressed attendees and created a cohesive entry experience.

For the stage, an open arch design was used to avoid blocking the beautiful background. Styling included branding elements, colorful foliage, balloons, and variations in height depending on seating, such as stools or a main lounge chair. The Femme Con logo was prominently featured, creating a bold, empowering backdrop for photos and media opportunities. The media wall was fun, sponsor-forward, and served as the key photo moment, enhanced by floor elements such as a logo decal or pink carpet to elevate the overall aesthetic.

Styling and foliage closely mirrored the stage design but remained minimalistic so as not to overshadow the sponsor media wall. Fun props, including heart-shaped balloons and plinths with foliage, added playful touches. Table décor complemented this theme, featuring pops of pink and red across different shades, with each round table hosting a small to medium bouquet in a cute vessel.

Additional details included branded or motivational elements on drink stirrers, inserts, bar décor, and bathroom mirrors, tying in quotes, sayings, and the event’s artwork palette. Arch and scallop colors were coordinated with the menu and printed materials to maintain a cohesive visual identity. The combination of bold branding, vibrant color, playful props, and thoughtful floral arrangements created an immersive Femme Con experience, leaving a lasting impression from entrance to stage and beyond.
