Clarins brought a touch of French elegance to Chadstone with a luminous pop-up celebrating their new Double Serum Light Texture. Set beneath the centre’s soaring glass atrium, the activation radiated sophistication with warm, golden tones and sculptural displays that mirrored the luxurious formula inside each bottle.

Hero products took centre stage on podiums, while digital screens and curated shelving created a balance of education and beauty. It was an immersive skincare moment that delivered glow, glamour, and a signature Clarins touch.

What The client needed

The client required a 3×3 stand that could be used as a roadshow setup across various locations in Australia. Flexibility and ease of installation were key, as the stand would travel frequently and be activated by different teams in different states.

To meet these needs, the stand was designed with interchangeable artwork panels, allowing for seamless updates to align with different campaigns throughout their marketing calendar. This ensured the stand remained fresh, relevant, and visually engaging, no matter the location or time of year.

We Love a Clever Build

Clarins approached us with a detailed brief that clearly outlined their vision for the stand, including specific requirements around layout, functionality, and overall look and feel. While the direction was well considered, there was an opportunity to build on the initial concept and enhance its long-term value.

At Ten Hats, we worked closely with Clarins to refine the design and introduce additional ideas that would make the asset more adaptable and future-proof. This included integrating extra storage within the plinths to maximise practicality without compromising the aesthetic, as well as proposing multiple configuration options to suit different event spaces and requirements.

By thinking beyond a single-use execution, we ensured the stand could evolve and be reused across various activations, delivering greater flexibility and longevity while maintaining a strong and consistent brand presence.

How We Activated

By being sustainably minded, we’ve been able to reuse the frame of this stand, allowing us to re-skin it for each campaign without wasting materials. This not only reduces environmental impact but also streamlines the setup process, saving time and resources as the stand travels the country. It also minimises the need for new production with every activation, supporting a more efficient and responsible approach to design and delivery.

The flexibility of this modular design means it can easily adapt to different spaces and campaign messages, while maintaining a consistent, high-quality brand presence at every stop. Components can be reconfigured depending on the footprint, ensuring the stand remains functional and visually impactful across a variety of environments. This approach allows for creative refreshes without starting from scratch, delivering both sustainability and scalability while ensuring the brand continues to show up in a strong and cohesive way.
