Funday and Raw C teamed up to bring beachside fun indoors with a bright and playful pop-up inside Woolworths Chadstone. The activation captured carefree summer energy with surfboard shelving, a custom cardboard beach box, and cheerful colours throughout.

The space encouraged shoppers to pause, smile, and soak up the sunshine vibes while exploring both brands in a lighthearted way. Designed to balance fun and functionality, the display brought the beach to the aisles and perfectly reflected the refreshing personalities of Funday and Raw C. It was a vibrant reminder that you do not need the ocean to enjoy summer feels.

Funday and Raw C wanted an in-store activation that celebrated their collaboration in a fun, fresh, and attention-grabbing way. The goal was to create a space that instantly evoked summer while remaining practical for a retail environment.

The concept needed to showcase both brands equally, encourage shopper interaction, and maximise product visibility within a busy supermarket setting. The activation also had to reflect the playful personality of Funday and the natural, beach-inspired vibe of Raw C. At the same time, it needed to fit seamlessly into Woolworths’ in-store guidelines, creating a cohesive and engaging customer experience from start to finish.

A Splash of Funday

We wanted to capture the spirit of summer indoors with a playful twist that reflected the personality of both brands. Our concept focused on creating an environment that felt bright, fun, and full of energy while still working within the constraints of a retail space.

Drawing inspiration from sunny beach days, we blended the fresh tones and playful identities of both brands into one cohesive look. The surfboard shelves added a coastal touch, while the cardboard beach box brought warmth and approachability. Together, these elements created an inviting space that encouraged shoppers to pause, smile, and explore.

Our goal was to balance creativity with practicality, ensuring the activation was easy to set up, visually strong, and functional for displaying products. Every detail, from layout to colour selection, was designed to radiate positivity and embody the shared message of fun, freshness, and feel-good summer vibes.

How We Activated

Execution focused on bringing the beach theme to life in a way that felt natural, inviting, and full of character. We created surfboard inspired shelving to display both brands’ products, giving the setup a strong focal point that stood out within the store. The custom cardboard beach box added personality and a sense of place, anchoring the activation in playful authenticity.

Lightweight and sustainable materials were used to ensure smooth installation and easy movement within the supermarket. Bright colours and tropical details were incorporated to enhance visibility and attract shoppers from a distance.

Each element was carefully positioned to maintain clear sightlines and easy product access, while keeping the layout open and engaging. The final result was a bright, summery escape in the middle of Woolworths, perfectly capturing what Funday and Raw C represent: fun, freshness, and feel good energy.
