We believe we should tell you our story.
We are who we are because of this.

If you looked up the word ‘hustle’ in a dictionary, you’d probably see a picture of the two of us probably wearing high-vis and laughing at some unheard joke. While Ten Hats has moved beyond a ‘side hustle’ and into a thriving small business, that tendency to do whatever it takes to get the job done, has remained with us as a core part of our services.

The Beginning

Our first gig was from the same company we were made redundant from.

We learnt that there are opportunities in the most unlikely places.

2017

Who we are

We started off as a Staffing Agency with some top brands. The more we did, the better we became, gaining a reputation as a fun, fast paced and hardworking team. 

We learnt that we can do this and so much more.

2018

THE HARDEST YEAR YET

We said yes to every opportunity that came along, and kept building our business together, despite holding down full time jobs and dealing with our own personal lives on top of everything else.

We put in long hours, lost sleep, spent time away from family and friends, and rarely had the chance to sit back and reflect because we were so busy juggling everything. But we never resented the work because it was what we loved.

We learnt that this is not all fun and games. There was a lot of raw emotion involved in setting firm foundations.

2019

A LITTLE MORE SAVVY. THE EVOLUTION

Re-evaluating, X years later and we’ve come a long way. Basing all our learnings into foundations of process, knowing who we are and standing firm in our beliefs and values.

The beginning of the next chapter.

2020

Pandemic... Umm

We learnt stillness and reflection beyond a day. We learnt to wear masks. 

We learnt opportunities aren’t only in our backyard. The phone was still ringing with clients wanting to activate their brands in whatever state was open.

We were lucky enough to cross the water to our neighbours in New Zealand.

2021

Ready, Lets Go

We’re here and ready to go. Our core values and the reason we started Ten Hats has remained the same — be honest, provide quality, get results, serve the client and wear as many hats as you need to!

2022

Firm in our foundations. Time to elevate

This was an interesting year, as we didn’t expect for Mr. CV to allow us to jump back into the industry on its feet so quickly.

But we were ready, and it was a success with so many new opportunities and various briefs to tackle. Mission complete.

Here we are, now in the moment.

This year is about new faces, new opportunities and inspiration! Of course, also doing what we do best!
