ALIVE WITH NATURAL MATERIALS
Introducing a new brand into pop up and expo environments requires careful planning to ensure visibility, memorability, and adaptability. The stand needed to make a strong impact while remaining practical for transport and setup.
Key considerations included creating a flexible and modular structure that could adjust to different venue sizes without compromising on style or brand presence. Natural textures, timber finishes, and soft tones were incorporated to enhance the product display and reflect the brand’s identity.
To elevate engagement, the back of the stand featured a branded backdrop using the Alive Body colour palette, with product line colours highlighting the range.
A U shaped configuration allowed for a 360 degree experience, encouraging visitors to circulate around the stand, explore products from multiple angles, and interact with the brand. Every detail was designed to maximise visibility, engagement, and brand impact.
What the client needed
The goal was to create a modular pop-up that could effectively showcase an emerging brand across multiple events and expo spaces. It needed to be highly flexible to adapt to different layouts and locations, yet remain consistent with the brand’s visual identity. Ease of transport and quick assembly were essential, allowing for smooth set-up and pack-down without compromising on style or impact.
The space also had to make a strong visual impression, drawing attention in competitive environments and giving the team confidence to engage new audiences. Above all, the design needed to balance practicality with aesthetics, ensuring it functioned effectively while remaining visually appealing and true to the brand.
Modular by Nature
Our approach was guided by the idea that the stand needed to feel natural and inviting while showcasing the brand’s products in the best light. We wanted the design to reflect the brand’s identity through the use of organic textures, soft tones, and timber finishes, creating a warm and approachable environment.
Equally important was flexibility. The stand had to be modular to allow for use across different venues and site sizes without losing its visual impact. By designing a structure that could be easily reconfigured, we ensured the space could adapt to various layouts while maintaining a cohesive, professional, and polished look.
We also considered longevity. The materials and finishes were chosen to evolve with the brand, supporting future activations and new product launches. Every decision focused on balancing aesthetics with practicality, creating a stand that was not only beautiful and natural but also functional, versatile, and ready for repeated use.
How we activated
To bring the brand to life, we leaned into the Alive Body colour palette, turning the back of the pop up into a bold branding opportunity that instantly communicated the brand’s identity. By incorporating the product line colours, we created a visual system that made the range easy to navigate and immediately recognisable for visitors.
We also reconfigured the layout to maximise engagement. Enclosing the stand and creating a U shaped bench allowed for a 360 degree experience, with products displayed on all sides. This encouraged visitors to circulate around the space, explore the offerings, and interact with the products from multiple angles.
Additional design details, like coordinated graphics and strategic product placement, ensured that the stand was visually appealing while also functional. Every element was positioned to draw attention, guide the visitor journey, and highlight key products. This approach created an immersive, interactive environment that amplified brand presence and drove meaningful engagement.
