Halo Cube, Halo Best stand award!

Flagship made its debut at the Online Retailer Expo with a focus on creating a functional and engaging retail-style stand. Ten Hats designed the space to showcase apparel on both sides with a clean, minimalistic aesthetic, while ensuring that Flagship’s technology sensors were integrated seamlessly into the fixtures. The layout was carefully planned to optimise space, density, and features, creating a realistic mock retail environment for visitors to explore.

Key custom elements included a change room, strategically placed apparel racks, and a fitted TV that displayed live data in real time. The standout feature was Flagship’s small, smoke detector-like sensors and tags, which capture live retail data. The stand allowed the team to demonstrate the technology in action, showing real-time tracking on apparel and highlighting the system’s capabilities. Visitors could experience firsthand how the technology operates in a retail environment, combining interactivity with a clear understanding of the brand’s innovative solutions.

What the client needed

Flagship set out to create a memorable presence at an upcoming expo with two key goals. The first was to stand out in a competitive environment and spark meaningful conversations with attendees. The second was to provide a clear and engaging introduction to their technology, helping consumers understand its value and real-world applications.

The expo space was designed to be visually striking, informative, and easy to navigate. Every detail, from layout and graphics to lighting and interactive displays, reflected the innovation behind the Flagship brand. The result was a space that captured attention, encouraged engagement, and left a lasting impression.

All Eyes on Flagship

This was Flagship’s first appearance at the Online Retailer Expo, so we wanted to make a strong impression. From the very beginning, we focused on understanding what makes the brand unique. During discovery, one key insight emerged: Flagship’s cutting-edge technology. Their small, smoke detector-like sensors and tags capture live data in the retail environment, providing valuable insights for stores and shoppers alike.

The creative team designed the expo stand to showcase this innovation in a clear and engaging way. The space featured the technology in action, with live data displays that allowed visitors to see the system working in real time. A mock change room was also included, giving the Flagship team the opportunity to demonstrate how the sensors and tags operate on apparel and to show the practical applications of their system. The stand successfully combined interactivity and education, leaving visitors with a clear understanding of Flagship’s advanced retail technology.

How We Activated

Stand, Swag and Holler – Ten Hats created a retail-style stand that displayed apparel on both sides while maintaining a clean and minimalistic aesthetic. The main focus was ensuring the technology sensors worked seamlessly within the stand’s fixtures, while optimising space, density, and features to create a realistic mock retail environment.

To achieve this, we worked closely with our Halo Cube stand, integrating the technology throughout. This included a custom change room, strategically placed apparel racks, and a fitted TV that displayed live data in real time. Every element was carefully planned to ensure the sensors operated effectively without compromising the stand’s visual appeal or accessibility. The result was a functional and visually striking stand that allowed visitors to experience the technology in action and see firsthand how it would function in a real retail setting.
