SHAPING CURIOSITY

Luxe It FWD transformed everyday retail at Chadstone with a polished and engaging pop-up experience. The space needed to embody the premium quality of their pre loved handbags and accessories while creating an inviting environment for visitors to explore and interact.

Soft tones and arch shaped shelving established a boutique atmosphere, guiding visitors through the space and allowing them to assess and receive expert advice on selling designer items. The layout balanced elegance with functionality, providing secure yet accessible displays that highlighted the products’ craftsmanship.

A modular back wall and adaptable fixtures offered flexibility across different spaces while maximising branding opportunities. Open sightlines encouraged simultaneous conversations and smooth flow, while clear perspex cases protected merchandise without compromising accessibility.

A dedicated branded plinth provided a stylish, practical area for customer exchanges, reinforcing Luxe It FWD’s ethos and creating a seamless, interactive experience that brought luxury resale into the physical retail space.

WHAT THE CLIENT NEEDED

Luxe wanted a pop-up that combined style with practicality, creating an elegant yet functional space to showcase their high-end products. The activation needed to be accessible and welcoming while reflecting the modern, sophisticated aesthetic of the brand. Key requirements included secure displays for delicate items, well-considered lighting to highlight product details, and a layout that guided visitors naturally through the space.

The materials and finishes had to reinforce the premium feel while withstanding a busy, high-foot-traffic environment. Overall, the goal was to provide a refined, engaging experience that captured the essence of Luxe, encouraged customer interaction, and translated the brand’s online or boutique presence into a striking physical activation.

Luxe on Display

We wanted to create a pop-up that felt modern and elevated without being overbearing, allowing the products to remain the main focus. By incorporating arch shapes into the shelving, we added a subtle architectural element that brought visual interest and sophistication to the space while keeping the design clean and contemporary.

Neutral tones were key to our approach, providing a refined backdrop that let each product stand out. We aimed to spark curiosity and invite exploration, encouraging visitors to interact with the display without distractions.

Our thought process was to balance aesthetics with functionality, ensuring the layout felt open and accessible while still highlighting Luxe’s premium offerings. Every element, from the shelves to the finishing touches, was carefully considered to create a cohesive, elevated experience that reflected the brand’s sophistication and allowed the products to truly shine.

HOW WE ACTIVATED

To activate the pop-up, we focused on creating a flexible and engaging environment that could adapt to a variety of spaces while maintaining Luxe’s premium feel. A modular back wall provided structure and multiple opportunities for branding across the display fixtures, ensuring the stand was visually cohesive and instantly recognisable.

Keeping the layout open was crucial. It allowed staff to interact with multiple customers simultaneously, encouraging conversations and engagement while maintaining clear sightlines throughout the space. Clear perspex was incorporated into display areas to protect products from dust and theft without obstructing accessibility, allowing visitors to view and purchase items easily.

We also introduced a plinth fixture with external branding that tied into the Luxe It FWD concept, giving visitors a dedicated area to bring items for exchange. Every element was strategically positioned to create a seamless, interactive, and visually appealing pop-up experience that reflected Luxe’s sophistication and values.
