To bring their presence at the Naturally Good Expo to life, we focused on creating a space that encouraged visitors to pause, explore, and connect. The hero fountain set the tone, offering a calm and captivating centrepiece that drew people in. Surrounding it, the environment was carefully layered with sensory elements designed to enrich the experience. Gentle sounds of water, soft lighting, natural textures, and subtle scents worked together to create an inviting atmosphere.
Sampling points were strategically placed to spark conversation and encourage hands-on discovery, allowing guests to engage with Melrose products in a meaningful way. The result was an immersive destination that went beyond display, leaving visitors with a lasting impression of Melrose as a brand that champions vitality, connection, and self-care.
what the client needed
Melrose came to us with a big request and very little time. They needed to make a strong impression at the Naturally Good Expo in Sydney and only had two weeks to prepare. The brief was simple: create a space that looked amazing while staying true to their natural and clean brand aesthetic. Every detail mattered, from the choice of materials to the clarity of messaging, and the pressure was on to deliver fast. Melrose needed an exhibition build that would not only showcase their products but also communicate their values in an engaging and memorable way.

Our vision was to create something that felt bigger than a stand, something that embodied the vitality and confidence at the heart of Melrose. We imagined a fountain of youth to pour from, a central concept that would capture attention and spark curiosity. Rather than overwhelming visitors with too much choice, we focused on a few hero products that best represented the brand. From there, the idea grew into a multi-layered experience designed to activate from every angle, with messaging that flowed from the inside out.
Visual storytelling would highlight product benefits in an engaging way, while immersive design elements brought the brand’s natural, clean aesthetic to life. Sampling and education were woven into the journey, ensuring every touchpoint was interactive and meaningful. The goal was clear: create an environment that inspired connection, celebrated self-care, and left a lasting impression well beyond the expo.
HOW WE ACTIVATED
To bring the vision to life, we designed lofty 3-metre walls that framed the space with feminine curves and subtle detailing, perfectly complementing the delicate nature of the Melrose products on display. At the heart of the stand, a working fountain infused with the essence of Melrose ingredients became a true showstopper. Calming, captivating, and completely aligned with the brand, it acted as both a visual anchor and a sensory experience that drew visitors in from afar.
Every detail was considered to create a space that touched all the senses. The gentle sound of flowing water paired with soft lighting set a tranquil mood, while natural textures and carefully curated scents layered the experience further. Sampling stations allowed guests to engage directly with the products, creating both education and connection. It was more than a stand, it was a living, breathing expression of the Melrose story.
